Well, it took a little longer than anticipated, but the landlord’s work started this week. They’ve made quite a bit of progress as you can see in the pictures below. They’ve pretty much gutted the other side of the space, removed the doors between the front and back of our side, and gotten rid of the two existing rooms on our side that will then become the bathrooms.
