Well, we’re making slow, but steady, progress. Unfortunately we still don’t have power, but we’re hopeful that will be resolved by the end of next week. The bathrooms are finished (aside from some small things like mirrors and a few touch-ups). The woodwork is progressing nicely, as are the other finishes and the electrical.
We got some good news in that our brewing equipment should be shipping on Oct 10. We still haven’t heard back from the TTB on our application, but we’re still hopeful that we’ll be able to iron all that stuff out before the end of the year. We’re also working on furnishings, marketing stuff (shirts, coins, etc), and our signage has been approved by the city!
Anyway, here are the current pictures!
9/30/15 – View from the entrance: It’s all looking spectacular! They’re finishing up the electrical, and the trim is looking great.9/30/15 – Snug: Woodwork is done, but we need to touch up the walls, add the top to the halfwall, put in the windows, pick a color and paint.9/30/15 – East Wall: The trim really looks like a nice European pub! The white section will be for our projector for sporting events and movies, and the rest will be other decorations.9/30/15 –Beer hall: Trim looks good…just waiting for the ceiling lights!9/30/15 – Behind the bar: The bar is being refinished (and looks fabulous, if I do say so myself). We’ll have outlets and USB ports along the bar. Equipment will still take a while, though. 🙁9/18/15 – Women’s Bathroom: Partitions are in! Just need mirrors and some cleanup.9/18/15 – Men’s Bathroom: Partitions are in (although there’s a piece that needs to be replaced)! Some mirrors and cleanup (and power) and we’re good to go!
