We’ve been making a lot of progress!  Honestly, we’re once again in the “wait” part of the “hurry up and wait” process.  The buildout is progressing nicely (and I’ll have pictures tomorrow), but we’re waiting on Xcel Energy to put in the electrical meter.  We’re also waiting on signage quotes so that we can get that process started.  The TTB application has been accepted, but we’re waiting for someone to review it.  And we have started ordering merch, but we’re waiting for it all to get here.

But even though we’re in the doldrums of the process right now, we’re hoping that you can help us break out of it!  We’ve put together an Indiegogo campaign, and we could really use your help!
