We’re rounding into the home stretch for construction! There are a couple of big(ger) things remaining:
- We need to seal the brewery area concrete
- The lights in the “snug” area should be in this week, as should the additional copper lights in the beerhall
- The tankless water heaters haven’t arrived yet
- The front rail on the bar is stripped, but not refinished
- …and the big one: the chiller didn’t quite fit where we had hoped, so we’re working on (hopefully) putting it out back
But other than that, we’re mostly looking at little punchlist items. They did a bunch of cleanup over the weekend and this morning to get the construction debris out, and IMHO I think it’s looking incredible! I can’t wait to be able to look out over the bar at a lot of new and old friends enjoying our beer!

Will you be serving food.
Hi, John! While we do have the space & hoods for a kitchen, we won’t be opening the kitchen for about a year. We need time to get the brewery down solid before we take that on, as well. However, we will have snacks available on-premises, depending on what the Health Department will allow us to do. We’re also partnering with the restaurants in the center (Winston Hill’s BBQ, Garlic Knot, Jade Garden, etc) to have menus available and they’ll deliver over to us. We’re also looking into partnering with some local food trucks, as well.
Were excited for the opening! See you later today.
